The Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe – December 12, 2022

“I am the merciful Mother of all mankind. Am I not your hope?”
Our Lady of Guadalupe to St. Juan Diego

In contrast to the Culture of Death, with its loss of life and hope, St. John Paul II called Our Lady of Guadalupe the Mother of Hope and the Mother and Evangelizer of America.

He went on to say, “Now is the time of the New Evangelization to lead the People of God in America to cross the threshold of the third millennium with renewed hope.” Our culture is in darkness, but we know that God’s grace and light pierce the darkness of sin to bring life and hope through the intercession of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

As we celebrate the end of our 31st year of Visitations of the Missionary Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe, we continue to see that Our Lady of Guadalupe brings us hope!

Our Lady is Beautiful in her Missionary Image!

Cathy, our Co-Ordinator of the Visitations of the Missionary Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe, sent me her report below about last Christmas. I thought that with the holidays quickly approaching, now was an appropriate time to share. She wrote, “Our Lady has been at St. Joseph Church in Erie, MI for the Christmas Masses and New Year.  Father stated having her at the parish “was a great opportunity for evangelization”.  I took a few pictures – Our Lady is beautiful among the Christmas decorations and next to the altar.”

Am I Not Your Hope?

Our Lady of Guadalupe said to St. Juan Diego, “Am I not your hope?” Mary is the Mother of Hope. She is the Mother of Jesus Christ who is our hope and brings life as the conqueror of despair and death. Through her, we should have the confident expectation of divine blessings such as the closing of abortion centers, conversions, healings and the manifestations of heartbeats in the Image and Holy Glitter on it. That gives us hope!See our ad for my books and DVD below that tell the whole story of Our Lady of Guadalupe from Columbus until today. Learn how to pray with her and how she healed a woman from post-abortion trauma. They can be found on our website or call our office at 802-524-5350 to order.

People continue to tell us how veneration of the Missionary Image has brought blessings to many mothers for safe deliveries; choosing life for their preborn babies; being healed from abortions or becoming pregnant when all hope was lost. The work that we do is making an impact in peoples’ lives. Your help has made this possible for so many people! You are an important member of our apostolate. Thank you for all the ways in which you support us.

We remember you and we want you to know that in the upcoming Christmas season, you and your loved ones will be in our daily prayers, novenas, weekly holy hours and monthly Masses. Your petitions are brought through our prayers to Our Lady of Guadalupe and her Son every day. We remember you and we want you to know that in the upcoming Christmas season, you and your loved ones will be in our daily prayers, novenas, weekly holy hours and monthly Masses. Your intentions are offered to Our Lady of Guadalupe and her Son everyday. You are important to us and we want you to know how much we appreciate you, your prayers and your assistance.

As we celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, please help us to continue her mission to end abortions and the Culture of Death and bring conversions and a Culture of Life, for which St. John Paul II prayed. With your help we will be able to continue our evangelization efforts – taking Our Lady through her Missionary Image into parishes and cities throughout our great nation.

I really need your help to continue this urgent work.  Our Apostolate took a big hit from the COVID pandemic and our monetary support collapsed and forced us to borrow $160,000 just to keep our doors open and the Apostolate running. Please send whatever you can afford. As Our Lady of Guadalupe said to St. Juan Diego, “Do the best that you can!” Please help us with a gift today. The heat is on in the office as winter has settled in. The anticipation of Christmas grows in our hearts, but the bills must still be paid. We really need your help. Every gift, no matter the size, is important. We know for certain that Our merciful Mother of Hope and her Son will bless your sacrifice. You can never outdo Him in generosity.

Don’t forget, we remember you. Thank you for remembering us. Thank you for helping us. Thank you for being a messenger of hope. With singer Jose Feliciano (see the photo of him venerating the Missionary Image), may you have a Feliz Navidad, Prospero Año y Felicidad, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
