OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE
Be Free From Worry, Fear and Anxiety

A Miracle Testimony

Dear Friends,

Recently, Missionary Image Guardian Vivian Mestey of Spotsylvania, Virginia, received a miracle testimony from a woman named Pilar. Here is Pilar’s story:

In November 2010, I was diagnosed as having microscopic collagenous colitis.  This is a very debilitating intestinal ailment. The gastroenterologist prescribed steroids. However, after taking them my intestines were just as bad or perhaps worse than before.

When I heard that the Missionary Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe was going to be displayed at St. Timothy Church, I immediately thought that I should go to venerate it.

When I got in line, I told Vivian what my problem was. I followed her instructions and got closer to the Image with my stomach lightly touching it.  I felt like a tinkling throughout my body that is hard to explain.  In faith, I sat down and said a prayer and thanked Our Lady for helping me get well.  Since that day I have had no problems at all with my intestines.  I am completely normal!  This is really a miracle that I will never ever forget.

On June 14, we will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the first Visitation of the Missionary Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe to the International Rosary Congress at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C.

We need your help to hopefully continue our mission into the next 25 years and to report to you more miracles, signs, wonders and conversions through the intercession of Our Lady of Guadalupe in her Missionary Image. We still remain insolvent, are unable to pay our payables as they become due and are in debt approximately $50,000.

So, I call upon your generosity to help us in our hour of need.

We have no assets besides our furniture and equipment. We have no savings accounts or investments. We live from hand to mouth depending upon divine providence and your generosity.

Bernie Sanders, my socialist Vermont Senator raised almost $27 million for his presidential campaign last January. He received approximately 1 million donations averaging $27 per person.

We hope to raise at the very least $75,000 in honor of our 25th anniversary through 3000 donations averaging $25 per person. Perhaps you could give more for those who don’t. If we raise the $75,000, we will have satisfied our debt and become solvent.

As of today, we only have raised $15,000.
So we need $60,000 to get into the black.

Our average donation from our monthly mailed solicited donors this year is $1.48. I sure hope that we can do better than that!

This is the Extraordinary Jubilee Year of Mercy and we plead for your mercy. Giving alms is a work of mercy for which God will bless you.

“Be not sparing of freewill gifts. With each contribution show a cheerful countenance, and pay your tithes in a spirit of joy. Give to the Most High as He has given to you, generously, according to your means. For the LORD is one who always repays, and He will give back to you sevenfold.” (Sirach 35:7-10) Thank you for your generosity! Please click here to learn how your donations support our mission.

Thank you for whatever you can do to help us to enable Our Lady of Guadalupe to keep up her motherly affection for all of her children through her Missionary Image.

Sincerely in Christ,
Dan Lynch
