Dear Friend of Our Lady of America,
September 26 is the 59th anniversary of the first apparition of Our Lady of America to Sister Mildred Mary Neuzil.
Some
of you have signed and some of you have not signed the Petition for the
Solemn Procession and Placement of the Statue of Our Lady of America in
Our National Shrine.
I ask you to please practice the devotion
for the intention that our Bishops receive the grace to fulfill Our
Lady’s request for the solemn procession and display of her statue in
the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in
Washington, D.C.
We can’t “push” the Bishops to do this, only
the Holy Spirit can. We pray that our Bishops’ response to our petitions
will be like the response of both Pope Pius IX and Pope Pius XII. They
referred to the petitions of the faithful as one of the criteria that
led them to the final acts of papally defining the Marian dogmas of the
Immaculate Conception and the Assumption.
If you have not signed the Petition, please do so right now.
When
our Bishops provide some strong indication that they will respond to
Our Lady’s request, we will then submit our petitions to them to lead
them to the final act of the solemn procession and placement of the
statue.
The statue of the Queen of Our Country must be displayed in our National Shrine as a safeguard for our country to avoid her prophesied punishment.
Jesus
said, “My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God and
act on it.” (Luke 8:21). Many of our Bishops and the administration of
our National Shrine have heard the word of God spoken through His
mother, but they have not acted on it.
They need the grace to believe Our Lady’s request and to act on it. We need to pray that they receive this grace. We recommend that everyone do at least one of these five things:
- Pray the Novena to Our Lady of America for True Change and Hope for America.
- Ask your friends to Sign the Petition for the Solemn Procession and Placement of the Statue of Our Lady of America in Our National Shrine.
- Host a Visitation with an image of Our Lady of America and pray A Holy Hour of Prayer for Purity, Peace and Protection.
- Venerate her image in your home.
